Who we are
Vidlune is provided by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we"). Contact: [email protected].
Practising stays on your device
When you open a video to practise (slow motion, loop, mirror, frame by frame), it plays on your phone or in your browser. It is not uploaded to us. Markers you add are saved only on your device.
What we receive and why
- Clips you choose to save: When you tap "Save as a clip", that video is sent to our server so we can trim, slow down or convert it. The original and the result are deleted automatically within 1 hour. We don't look at your videos or use them for anything else.
- IP address: Used to apply the daily free limit and to prevent abuse. Counters are stored in hashed form and deleted within 2 days.
- Language and country: Your device language, and the country of your connection, are used to choose the app language. They are not stored.
- Subscription status: Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to check whether your Pro subscription is active. We never receive your payment card details.
- Ads: The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier. On iOS you are asked for permission first (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, you see non-personalised ads. Pro has no ads.
- Copyright notices: If you send a notice through our form, we keep what you send so we can handle it.
Legal basis
We process data to provide the service you ask for (saving clips), for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and fair (limits, abuse prevention), to meet legal obligations, and, for personalised ads, with your consent.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers named above (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Google AdMob) and our hosting provider, and only as needed to run the service. We don't sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Vidlune is not intended for children under 13.
