1. The service
Vidlune ("the Service") is a video practice player provided by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS]. It lets you slow down, loop, mirror and step through videos on your device, and save clips. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Your videos
Use only videos you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for what you open, save and share with the Service. Infringing the copyright, trademark, personality or privacy rights of others is not allowed.
3. Saved clips
Clips you save are processed on our server and deleted automatically within 1 hour. Keep your own copy of anything you need.
4. Free plan and Pro
The free plan includes all practice tools, 3 markers per video, 10 saved clips a day and videos up to 3 minutes, and shows ads. Vidlune Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription that adds unlimited markers, no ads, clips without a watermark, 1080p clips and longer videos. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from and applicable consumer law.
5. Prohibited use
Don't overload the Service with automated tools, try to get around its limits, or use it for illegal, obscene, child-exploiting or hateful content. We may restrict access if you do.
6. Copyright notices
If you believe your rights are infringed, use the Copyright Notice page. We review notices within 48 hours.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
